Contact the grower
Ask the grower about availability and a delivered price. We reply in English or Spanish.
WhatsApp or email
Include the variety, destination and approximate quantity. If you are still choosing a variety, tell us whether you need fruit for fresh consumption or juicing. Contact details are awaiting confirmation before launch.
Hours and time zone
We work on Valencia local time, CET in winter and CEST in summer. Opening hours and a usual response time have not yet been confirmed. You can write outside working hours; a reply may take longer while we are in the orchard.
A question about one variety
The full cultivar name and the thing you need to know about it are enough to start. Questions about size and pack format can be answered straight away. The ones that take longer are those where the honest answer is a measurement nobody has taken yet, and it saves time if you say which requirement is a condition of purchase and which is a preference.
If you are still choosing between cultivars, the intended use narrows it faster than anything else. Fruit for a loose display and fruit for a commercial juicer are different requirements, and the second starts with the machine rather than the orange: its stated fruit dimensions come first and everything else is fitted around them. Whether a particular lot suits it still has to be checked when there is a lot.
What to ask before an approval process starts
We hold no certification. Not GLOBALG.A.P., not organic, nothing private, and there is no application open to change it. Where a purchasing policy makes one of those a condition, the requirement is unmet, and reading that here costs you a minute instead of a fortnight.
For origin questions, say whether you are asking about the growing area or about a specific consignment. The first has answers on this site: comarca, municipality, the partida where one was declared. The second does not, because lot numbering has not been set up. Asking produces a straight account of what exists and what does not, and it does not conjure a document into being.
Picking a conversation back up
Contact channels are still being confirmed, and no response time is promised anywhere on this site. Once one is open, a thread is easier to follow than a new message. What identifies your enquiry on our side is the cultivar and the week it is wanted in.
A changed arrival date or a changed quantity turns an earlier answer into an old answer, so it is worth saying what moved. Ask about an offer before treating any part of it as agreed, and keep your company name attached to the correspondence so the request can be read in context. The quotation page also shows whether its form is live.
Which channel suits your question
WhatsApp suits what can be answered in a line or shown in a photograph, such as whether a week is still open or what the fruit looks like on the tree today. Email suits what has to be filed: a written specification, or a supplier form your quality team will look for months later.
Both reach the same person, so choose by what you need to keep rather than by how urgent it feels. If your company has its own enquiry form, send it as a file instead of pasting it into a message, and keep the variety and the destination in the subject line so the thread can be found again.
Talk to the grower
Tell us the variety, the sizes and the delivery week you need. You get a delivered price and what we can commit to in writing, from the person who picks the fruit.
The grower handles enquiries. Response times are still to be confirmed.
