Privacy and how we handle enquiries
How enquiries and browsing data are handled. This notice is incomplete pending the operator’s details and confirmation of the contact services.
Browsing this website
The site is a set of static files. It sets no advertising identifiers and builds no profile of you. How visits are counted is described further down. The hosting provider records the technical information that any web server records in order to deliver a page and defend itself from abuse, which includes the requesting address, the page requested, the time of the request and the browser string. Those records are held by the provider under its own retention policy and are not combined with anything you send us.
Your enquiry
Your business contact details and message are used to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare an offer. The form is not active yet. Its planned operation forwards the message by email without storing it in a website database. Correspondence may still be retained in the mailbox.
Writing on WhatsApp
The enquiry buttons open a conversation in WhatsApp with a subject line already written. That conversation happens inside WhatsApp and is processed by Meta under its own terms, not ours, and we receive it in the same way as any other message to the number. If you would rather not use it, the same enquiry by email reaches the same person. Whichever route you choose, what we keep is the correspondence itself.
Cookies and measurement
This website sets no cookies at all. Visits are counted with Umami, an analytics tool we host ourselves on a server in France, and nothing is written to your device: no cookie, no advertising identifier, nothing that follows you from one day to the next. That is why there is no banner to dismiss and nothing for you to consent to. What gets recorded is the page, the site you arrived from and an approximate country. Opening an external service such as WhatsApp takes you to a service with its own privacy terms.
Service providers
The site is served by Cloudflare. Visits are counted by our own installation of Umami, on a server we operate in France, so the measurement never passes through a third party at all. Messaging services may process correspondence. The providers, processing locations and any international transfer safeguards for correspondence must be confirmed before contact collection is enabled.
Where your data goes
Measurement data stays on our own server inside the European Economic Area and reaches nobody else. Our correspondence is handled by service providers who may store or transmit it outside that area. Where that happens the transfer relies on the safeguards those providers publish, which we will identify by name once the operating company is registered. We do not sell correspondence, share it with brokers, or use it to build advertising audiences.
How long we keep an enquiry
An enquiry that does not lead to a sale is kept while the conversation is live and for as long afterwards as a professional buyer might reasonably return to it. An enquiry that leads to a sale becomes part of the commercial and tax record, which Spanish law requires to be retained. The exact periods belong in this notice and will be stated here once the operating company is registered, because a period we cannot yet commit to is worth less than an honest gap.
Your data rights
You may request access to your personal data, correction or erasure, and exercise the other rights available under data protection law. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. A verified contact for these requests is still to be supplied.

Complaints

Information required before launch
The controller’s identity and address, lawful basis for each use, retention periods and rights contact are still missing. This draft does not provide a complete privacy notice for collecting enquiries.
